GALA DINNER WITH “LE SOSTE” CHEFS

On January 19, 2026, at the “Triennale di Milano”, one of the city’s cultural and historical landmarks, Fonte Plose accompanied the annual Le Soste Association Gala Dinner, a symbolic event of Italian fine dining and a meeting point between cuisine, culture, institutions, and contemporary creativity, attended by its members and partners.
The evening’s menu was created, together with Davide Oldani, President of the Association, and Mauro Uliassi, by two great international chefs: Michel Troisgros and Yannick Alléno, who pay homage to Italian cuisine through their own gastronomic language.
The brigade was completed by Umberto Bombana, who from Hong Kong brings an authoritative and contemporary vision of Italian cuisine to the world. The table was graced with the ever-present presence of Acqua Plose, whose unique characteristics have ensured the perfect accompaniment to the recipes of many Le Soste chefs for decades, and whose new guise honors the elegance and meticulous service.
The Le Soste Awards were also presented, dedicated to figures who embody the excellence, passion, and rigor of the Italian restaurant world, values promoted by the Association whose Board of Directors includes chefs Moreno Cedroni, Francesco Cerea, Gennaro Esposito, Antonia Klugmann, Giancarlo Morelli, Cristiana Romito, Claudio Sadler, and Catia Uliassi.

On a cool day in autumn 1952, Giuseppe Fellin descended Mount Plose carrying a pannier on his shoulders containing the first “bottle” of Plose Water.

Particularly compatible with homeopathic practices, being pure and light, Acqua Plose water has been selected by the Italian Federation Associations and Homeopathic Doctors FIAMO as its official partner.

We added nothing to make it perfect.
