On Monday 29 January took place the traditional Gala Dinner which once a year brings together the members of Le Soste, the Association founded by Chef Gualtiero Marchesi 42 years ago with the best Italian restaurants and chefs of signature cuisine, and which since this year sees Davide Oldani as the new President. Already from the presentation of the new Le Soste guide, the new direction of the association can be perceived: innovative, dynamic and creative in order to jointly achieve ambitious objectives for the Italian culinary tradition and the valorisation of the products.
In the evocative room on the 47th floor of the Allianz Tower, with an exclusive view of Milan, among the protagonists on the table is Fonte Plose with its Acqua Plose, pure, healthy and very light, which accompanied the special menu created for the occasion by chefs Enrico Bartolini, the Cerea family, Enrico Crippa and Norbert Niederkofler.
The presence on the tables of the Le Soste gala dinner is now a usual wish from Fonte Plose, a tradition that has continued for many years, since the company began to support the Association by participating in institutional events as a sponsor and official water and with a regular presence in the volume “Le Soste”.
The great Italian chefs were in fact among the first in the world of catering to recognize the importance of serving excellent water to accompany their dishes, choosing Acqua Plose among the ideal waters to offer to customers. The new dialogue with the members of Le Soste will allow the South Tyrolean company to best support them in their needs, share common values and continue to be reliable and quality partners for them.
